At Frownies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused items are eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
